Be engaged in legal counsel for Foreign Investment Enterprises，including legal services as participating in investment projects；and intellectual property protection of enterprises, human resource management, contract management and e-commerce legal matters.
Legal counsel service process:
Due Diligence: to investigate the current status of the Company, finds strengths and weaknesses, problems, etc.;
Diagnosis and analysis: analysis of the legal problems, analyze the causes, find a solution;
Seminars: to carry out seminar on legal issues involved, such as trademarks, protection of business secret, or       risk prevention of HR, etc;
Design and improvement of the bylaw of the emterprise : for legal risk concerned management, to modify or       drafting the bylaw according to the law and regulations;
Specification process: to update process implementation ba<x>sed enterprise bylaw.
